The NHS looked to combine old and tired estate premises from 4 different GP practices for efficiency. A brand new combined health centre was proposed at the centre of historic Harrogate.

Extensive planning problems had to be overcome from the outset of the project due to difficult site conditions and requirements for Conservation.

The health centre required rationalisation of the overall design post planning. The project had to be taken to tender and construction stage as soon as possible to enable our client to start the build in order to comply with their tight programme. We also assisted with coordination for delivery on site.
