Buildings 302 303 and 304 are prestigious offices in Warrington UK.
We were approached by Temperature Control, HVAC installation experts, to assist them to deliver brand new HVAC systems throughout these three separate buildings.
Works needed to be carefully sequenced to avoid live office areas and disruption to expensive tenant fit-outs.
The project presented several issues, one key being the reinstatement of fireproofing to existing areas.
The project was completed safely and on time.
