Working with NetZero Collective we are delighted to be completing the full refurbishment of 64 existing social houses.
The dwelling was post war stock with poorly insulated fabric. The dwellings were cold and full of drafts.
Further to specialist sustainable input the houses we have aimed at radically reducing energy dependence on fossil fuels and reducing the net carbon footprint.
The houses had the following; cavity injected bead insulation, external wall insulation, installation of solar photovoltaics with loft mounted battery array, air sourced heat pumps, SunAmps to store thermal energy, and remote monitoring.
